Just wanted to take a minute to talk about coaching. Specifically coaching with Paul and J.A. I have been personally coached by both these amazing people and they have made a difference, not only in my business but have had an impact on my personal life as well. I don’t need a coach to tell me what to do or even how to do it, I needed a coach to help me figure out where I wanted to take my business. To help me understand why I was not doing the things I knew I needed to do. I needed accountability. They helped me understand how to map out the steps I needed to take to reach my destination, walk through the obstacles, roadblocks and things that were and are holding me back. But most important, to help me recognize my success and help me celebrate my progress and track my wins.

I have known JA Dava since 2009 in a Business Capacity, and then becoming friends through that relationship. JA is truly one of the most impressive people I have ever known. JA has done dozens of Meetings and Presentations for me, and with me, for over 10 years. He is always professional and is one that never gets "rattled" as he firmly can overcome any situation, meeting, and presentation issue. He is an amazing Speaker/Coach who can truly impact those sitting in the audience attending one of his meetings. He not only presents content wonderfully; but, he also helps everyone understand the content completely as well as helping them individually with any coaching when needed. I would re-hire JA Dava and any company he is affiliated with in a heartbeat! I am a big JA Dava Fan!
